To be eligible, all Riders must be a resident of Kent County, Maryland or of the 21620 zip code area of northern Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.
All riders are encouraged to be fully covid vaccinated and boosted; if you are not, please let us know and we may require that you wear a mask while in the car.
This service will drive patients to appointments with these geographic restrictions:
- As far North as Middletown, DE
- As far West as Kent Island, MD
- As far South as Easton, MD
- As far East as Dover, DE
These geographic boundaries may on rare occasions be extended upon request.
It is strongly recommended that riders call the above number at least five days before the scheduled appointment for which you are requesting a ride.
This is a free service provided by the Chestertown Lions Club; all drivers are volunteers working under the Chestertown Lions Club “Drive for Sight” program; and we will do our best to provide a driver.
